Computation of wetted bulb dimensions from trickle sources

In the link below you will find software to calculate the diameter of a wetted bulb produced by a trickle source in deep, uniform and homogeneous soils.

This software is useful to compute the number of emitters per plant required by a microirrigation system to ensure root coverage.  This is needed so that a sufficiently large portion of the root zone is wetted to satisfy water and nutrient requirements of the plant.
